Indian Halibut Fillets
2 pounds halibut 4 pieces
8 cups broccoli
1 tablespoon Walden Farms Alfredo Sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon curry paste
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Arrance fillets in a shallow over-safe dish.
In a bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, mustard and curry powder. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread sauce everly over fish. Bake in over for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cook broccoli in salted, boiling water.
Dissolve curry paste in olive oil and 2 tablespoons of broccoli water. Drizzle over broccoli just before serving.
