Chocolate Cake in a Mug
· 1 Pkg Ideal Protein Chocolate Drink mix
· 1 Egg white
· 1 Tsp Baking Powder
· 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
· 1 Tsp Splenda
· Splash of Vanilla Extract
Put the drink mix in a big mug, add enough water to make it a pudding consistency. Add all other ingredients and stir until silky smooth. Put in the microwave for 3 minutes (on top of a big plate). Let cool and top with Walden Farms Marshmallow cream, WF Chocolate syrup or WF Caramel Syrup.
